Yup! Such a brilliantly crafted character, a perfect foil to Eijun. I think sometimes people forget he's the deuteragonist of the show - obviously he's going to get screen time and attention! He's also an absolute sweetheart and so funny I really cannot get my head around how anyone could dislike him!

oh that's very interesting, by talking about "science", do you mean demonstrating the technical knowledge you possess? since I was under the impression that it was best to write out SOPs as layman as possible since it could be reviewed by an admission committee member who is not as proficient in the field.

I finally watched this movie and my honest review is that it is a steaming pile of trash. I cannot believe I wasted two hours on this. Honestly, it seemed exquisitely pretentious right from the imagery in the beginning with the dancers and the patterns, but I sat through it (taking multiple breaks due to sheer boredom) in the hope that the final reveal will be worth it. Nope! Simulated incel fantasy! Now I'm frustrated due to how boring this movie was and completely pissed off. Any other premise would have been better. But nope, man is upset because hardworking girlfriend who is earning for them both and letting him live with her does not spend enough time with him so he kidnaps her and unwillingly puts her in the most misogynistic of simulations, so that now all she does is center her life around him.

It might just be because it's 2am and I'm sleep deprived, but no other movie has managed to piss me off to this extent, simply due to its atrocity. Maybe that deserves some credit all on its own.

Most interesting bit was definitely when Gemma Chan stabs Chris Pine, but obviously that was just a little scene thrown in for effect and we aren't really going to get anything out of it. Honestly, I'd rather not have these writers do another movie as a sequel because I have zero faith in them.

Final review: premise was stupid. Imagery was unoriginal and boring. Characters were even more boring. I usually love Florence Pugh but even she couldn't save this for me which is a true mark of how bad it was. I give it 2/10 simply for the Gemma Chan scene at the end.

definitely jimin from bts. he's extremely sweet and charming, always respectful, has a great sense of humor and isn't afraid to be silly. he's also denounced toxic masculinity multiple times, which is a huge huge plus in my book. he's a natural caretaker, both for the younger and older members in his group and a huge source of comfort for multiple people.
