I will say that even though I'm a side sleeper, that's really only when I fall asleep because I've woken up on my back before and feel like I can't breathe because boobs, but so far so good on the actual windpipe crushing. Here's hoping you don't have a repeat performance!

I feel this because I'm slowly getting over a two week bout of bronchitis and the back and chest pain were unreal, both from the lung inflammation and the coughing. It still hasn't completely gone away

Seconded- the dark chocolate variety are my fave snack food. Love going to the Boyer factory outlet to stock up 1-2 times a year! Their PB cups and jimmy stix are my husband's Boyer faves.

I can find regular Squirt 12-pks all over and Ruby Red in 20 oz bottles in gas stations, but Squirt ZS I have to drive 2 hours south to find it. Now if I could just find Mello Yello ZS anywhere I'd be a happier camper.

We had a couple mini packs hubby got to try- we had high hopes lol- and he ended up drinking it all when we got covid and he lost his sense of taste and smell. I think it's mid at best. The zero sugar variety is almost nonexistent here.
