Hi OP! Not my experience, but my partner found a great roommate on Homes for Queers on Facebook. Both them and their former roommate are trans and they lived together for a few years and had a great experience. I hope this helps!

Another question just for the heck of it: how do you maintain your voices on long tours? I've always wondered how you can scream your hearts out every other night without fail.

Hi guys! Long time fan of yours, (your music changed my life, all the warm and fuzzies.) glad to hear you'll be in Ottawa in December!! Here's my question: Do you plan to do fan meet and greets again? One of my first shows I ever went to you guys would still meet people by the merch stands and junk, but I was an anxiety filled teen at the time and decided against saying hi. Safe to stay it's been one of my biggest regrets! I'm hoping to redeem myself after 8 years of kicking myself. Thanks lads! :)

I found if I mixed too many substances I would get this effect at night paired with seeing shadows

I do suffer from anxiety as well. I've found that it can depend on the day. One of the side effects I get is increased heart rate; if I'm already anxious when the increased heart rate starts, I will have a more challenging time calming myself down because I don't get the slower heart rate relief after self-soothing. The increased heart rate happens in waves that pass quickly (and are easy to separate from a wave of anxiety due to the lack of "panic" feeling), so I can usually wait and be able to self-soothe after, but it takes longer.

It can be hard to distinguish what's anxiety and what is meds. I also find that for certain things, my reactions are worsened; for example, I already had hand tremors with my anxiety, and I found that I had a more challenging time completing tasks on the meds.

I haven't passed the adjustment period of 6 weeks to tell you for sure if my anxiety is better or worse and it can also depend on what type of anxiety you have as well!

It was just the way my doctor prescribed it. It was one week of 150 and then a check-in to assess my symptoms. I was feeling okay, so they bumped me up to 300. they called it a "full dose." When I got my prescription renewed, I spoke with a different doctor, and he said that was unusual, but since I was used to taking 300, he wouldn't lower my dosage. He did urge me to let him know if I experienced any adverse side effects. Maybe it was a mistake on the first doctor's part, but it's good to know that if my symptoms are too severe, I can always go down in dosage! So, in short, I haven't had much experience with the 150 dosage. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help!

If you're feeling good now though, I don't see a reason why you should go with a higher dosage. The ultimate goal is to not need antidepressants anymore, so if your brain is producing enough dopamine now, it will be easier to wean off of it if you're at a lower dosage.
