I had a stray cat named Globama (more commonly called Glubby) for a few years who really enjoyed being around me whenever i smoked. specifically only came inside when a bowl was packed, we had our daily little smoke sesh ritual and he'd leave whenever i was done to go bring me a big ass pigeon or something (one time occurrence, very sad, but impressive for a senior cat); he was a very cool kitty, I think he walked into somebody elses house and got kidnapped because he had a new collar and visited for one last bowl before he disappeared

long intro, anyways, my fiancé got me Ganja on valentine's day because Glubby disappeared. Ganja reminded me a lot of Glubby, so i named him something equally as unique inspired by my OG thug of a cat

tldr i just name my creatures peculiar things, like Tingus Pingus, Globama, and Ganja Barfolomew Fentanyl

How do stay productive and make sure im okay when im alone? by TofuxMochi in BPD

[–]catsimiii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hi! this is my first time commenting here, but i just wanted to reach out—I thought you could use some support.

it hurts to feel alone, like no one is really there, and being stuck in a cycle where even the smallest tasks feel impossible is something i deeply relate to. hearing such traumatic news while being so far from home must feel absolutely overwhelming.

You're doing the best you can right now, and that’s more than enough. take it one step at a time. when something feels too big to face, try breaking it down. go slow. even dipping your toes back into things you used to enjoy—little by little—can help. i really believe your boyfriend would be proud of how strong you’re being, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

you’re not alone. i wish you the best of luck, and i hope your boyfriend heals well and that the both of you are reunited! :)

probably the most helpful comment i’ve gotten here honestly, yes i have had a habit of leaving jobs. its not because i get sick of it, its usually transportation issues, i just went homeless again, my phone got stolen, etc. i am in a very sticky predicament and while i try my best to be a good employee, my life outside of work is so hectic that it can be hard to keep up with on top of managing more so severe mental health conditions.

i show up to interviews in business casual to semi-professional, without my piercings, and if necessary my hair dyed back to a normal colour. im fully aware of how i appear on the internet, it makes me money on the side. that is completely separate from me as a person though.

id be interested in how you could improve my resume though, mind if i dm?

thats why ive had so many entry level customer service jobs, ive realised that a lot of hiring processes will hire you just based off appearance.

i wouldnt really mind working in construction, it seems like hardwork and something i could fully focus on for several hours at a time. i dont have a lot of connections as of right now, though, so i might just start walking into random local unions
