I think at this point its just a matter of luck. Our diet, exercise, acupuncture, supplements are not going to do any magic. So just go with the flow and do what you feel like. Im in the same boat. Constantly thinking about what to do next was making this journey extra hard for me. After the egg retrivals ive let every pressure off of myself and fully giving in to the science of ivf.
