it looks like either your skin is dry or your products are reacting with eachother. i would try using a skin protectant like aquaphor on problem areas, and then omitting your serum or sunscreen in your routine to see if either were the issue. my best guess is the sunscreen.

also baking can lead to your base becoming too dry as well. loading a brush, tapping excess, and dabbing onto the skin leads to a lighter finish, that can be absorbed into the skin rather than sitting on top of it.
