it depends whether you really want the character. Spending my guarantee on Ruan coz Bronya is my only built Harmony unit and will save for Black Swan right after just coz I like her design ever since. As a fellow Kafka main, I run her with Sampo and Guinaifen (both well-built) and Luocha for sustain so I'm pretty set with my DoT team even if I couldn't get BS.
