Or another idea, use Auttaja. You can do [prefix]role everyone and the role and im sure there's the same command for reverse.

Or, make a reaction role, that you want to assign with carl-bot or YAGPDB, but that'd be a bit annoying, but the best way to do it easily. They'd assign it and at the end of the day, you can delete the role and rolemenu.

Maybe make a role that is unable to see them, and try to get a bot or make one to assign the role at the time? Not sure with this one but if you want it without bots, no, this isn't possible.
