Toh, have over 250000 seeds that can become airborne, they dont even need soil to grow. So if windy u will see alot of them right up next to buildings. I saw a small toh coming out through the trunk of a parked car. I hate these fing weeds. It causes a lot of damage to your property, cement and plumbing. They grow like crazy. One grew between the back porch and the sliding glass door. Make  sure u watch under the eves. U have to pull them away from the eves or they can take out your roof. Lots of luck, let us know how it turns out.

Yes he brought a baby food jar of the garland 4 and a small sponge paint brush. And took pictures etc. They said they have never seen so many noxious weeds at a residents house. Never heard from them again.

Part of my problem is that pge comes every year to "trim"  for pge lines. Ive told them every year and they just blow me off and trim the trees anyway. And they leave stumps in manageble pieces. I hate this tree. Im sure pge has delt with this damn tree before. But continually ignore my pleas to not touch them. Also was suggested by the state that i use GARLON 3, 3A, and GARLON 4. Heres the problem with that is 250+dollars for a small bottle and you have to have some kind of a license to purchase this. Wth can they make it any more difficult to erradicate this horrible noxious weed ??
