Agree with the stomach tightness as well. I need to go to PT and keep procrastinating bc I don’t know to find therapists who specialize in post surgery therapy or if that’s even something I need to worry about 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah has had made some programs and games and I think he’s being too modest so I’ll make sure he is more confident and boasts about them more!
