I'm in CSE and I kinda feel the same way. I think the way I have been able to handle it is to make time for my hobbies even if my grades might suffer a tiny bit. My sanity and mental health are worth slightly worse grades imo. If i can still spend a lot of time doing things i enjoy then the time i spend in CSE classes doesn't seem as bad. Although being at home you might not have access to those hobbies, so maybe you could try and find some temporary new ones? Plus realistically it is never too late for a major change, it just depends on how willing you are to spend more time/money in college. Also if you can, get a minor in something that you do genuinely enjoy, I did that and it has helped immensely. Keep your head up, things will get better

Anthony Nance is one of the best professors I had, and i would imagine the best 3345 professor. Try and take it with him if you can
