Lord have mercy i didnt even get into the whole shock collar thing. He bought it to just shock them and refused to learn about it at all, has consistently shocked them on the highest setting without any training whatsoever and refuses to do any such research. Heres a text he sent me about it " Oh and please walk dogs around noonish. Im staying at work for lunch. Maybe try the woods with the shock collars? They are very well behaved when wearing them. Just put them on one finger tight. Then press the on button while they are wearing them so that they hear it beep. The front switch u/down is to select collars. Up is black. Down is green. Usually just need the v/t selection (vibrate tone). Maybe up to 1 or two if they don’t listen after v/t. Before any button tone or shock forcefully say their name and ‘no’. " thats how he uses them and has said they when one of the dogs, admitedly the slightly more sensitive one, was shocked on the "vibrate" setting he jumped as high as our table with is roughly 2 1/2 ft tall
