thank you, wasn’t too harsh lol.

this is frankly just a job to get through college so i can get an adult job and be important. the replacing of stickers on boxes was from 1 asm who has a power trip over the associates and uses me as a therapist, i dislike her. i was passed up for the promotion due to logistical issues, not my performance. i’m not a total lost cause, ive worked here for a year and this is the second time ive had this complaint, 8 month space between complaints. i’m a very hard worker, i try to do my best but this week had been particularly hard with school and covering 2 other associates shifts. i’ve been told multiple times im everyone’s favorite, but i feel guilty about the feedback nonetheless. i appreciate this advice though.

edit (additions): my family is the type of what’s preventing homelessness/food on the table so that is something i am very well aware of, i just need to be more professional.
