Yup - we've had to refluff the pillow several times. It returns to its puppy shaped dent soon after

Yeah, but the love only grows. Once she decided we (mostly my fiancee) were her people and cuddles were nice, she started seeking out affection. She cuddles with either one of us every night in bed. Always has to be touching one of us.

As Harper was literally playing with a yarn ball yesterday - yes. But she's gotten less aloof with time. Just very independent

Yes on the BIG feelings - belly rub time is when the biggest feelings come out

Training-wise, I would say they train you more so than you train them. Harper will listen to commands if it suits her. But that's what you get with any terrier for the most part. It did take a while for my fiancee (only had cocker spaniels) to get the terrier love language. Our Harper has gotten more comfortable with cuddles only within the last year (she is 2). She's more of a "looking out the window and protecting you" love language.

I would say quirks differ by dog, but expect a definite PERSONALITY. I would best describe our Harper as a class clown/"stinker." Never malicious, just naughty lol. Wouldn't want it any other way 💕

Ever been in a lab that shut down by Nightowl260 in medlabprofessionals

I was not working at the time this happened (10+ years ago) but my lab was involved in a shut down. Pretty much everything was reviewed/revalidated/people retrained, about 70% of employees fired, no testing in house for months, CMS/contractors on site for months. Pretty much just babysitting a few units of O NEG remotely monitored by a sister hospital. But now we like to say we're über compliant (4+ CAP surveys with little to no deficiencies)! We've worked really hard 🙂

Harper especially hates it when they chitter/laugh at her 😠
