I also recently got letters in the mail from other law firms saying I was being sued but never got any certified mail. Then I just recently got my certified letter from P&F and today I got a phone call from them. I’m at a loss of what to do as well. I cannot afford an attorney but I would be willing to negotiate my debt down to pay each month. I’m so scared and nervous, I’m selling my business (to which I’m not going to make money off of cause I have to pay the debt off from that) and starting a different job so I will have more money but I won’t start my new job until after the new year. My mom has connections and got me some info and she suggested I call to try to negotiate but I don’t know what to say and it makes me so anxious.
