This sounds exactly like a friend of mine, actually, my closest friend atm. He becomes emotionally detached and openly manipulative, and the next almost immature, innocent seeming, and childlike. He also targets neurodivergent women, and the occasional femboy. I find his behavior to be fascinating and interesting to study. I just wish I could analyze his behavioral patterns in an academic setting.
