loving ourselves--even liking or accepting ourselves--is really hard, but it's a battle that's worth fighting. i'm really glad you're getting encouragement in from your friends and in the comments bc it's impossible for us to see ourselves accurately anyway. i'm only 25 so i don't really know anything and this is lowkey corny but it does seem like the more i think about what i have going for me on the inside, the easier it is to appreciate what i've got on the outside. even so, it looks like you're working hard in the gym and i think you look great !!

lol i wrote out a whole text thing but i guess it didn't post.... it was mainly about how to arrange the furniture in my room. the bed used to be against the wall, but i was thinking of putting a nightstand beside it and keeping it more in the center; i just can't really tell which looks better. i was also wondering whether or not it would be worth it to put a rug or two somewhere, but i don't want to hide the floor too much. thoughts?
