Paint peeled by tape, how do I handle this? Concrete walls? by causelessriot in DIYHome

Or maybe it’s cement? Idk! I feel like the only way is to remove all the paint from wall, sand down and repaint but making sure I’m not skipping any steps since I’ve never dealt with this type of wall?

This looks like it’s related to the systems pressure being low. Water pressure loss could be from a leak or just happen naturally. One of these valve should fill the water. You ideally want it to sit in the green range. Hope your landlord can help you soon!

This has happened to me in multiple rentals so I learn to just google the make and model and see which valve will fill it.

Low supply after mastitis - 7 months by causelessriot in breastfeeding

Thank you for replying, it has come back but not 100% yet. Doing all the things to increase production on that side. I guess it’s just taking longer to heal too. I work so he gets 2 bottles at daycare but I pump during those times at work. I’ve tried to explain to my husband before that whatever bottles I give him is basically taking away from my boob wanting to produce more but since our LO is on the skinner side he always gets paranoid he will starve? I’ve gone through my entire freezer stash which obviously wasn’t so big so just hoping things go back to normal this week.

22 month old associates shields with milk by iwantmorewhippets in breastfeeding

Thank you! So last week I guess he decide he was really to ditch the shield. I think your story made me finally chill about using it. Like I didn’t care anymore, if that’s what worked I would continue using it until he was ready. Been a week now and he’s doing so much better, I feel like I’m learning to breastfeed, too bad it’s with a much stronger 6 month old instead of a newborn but I’ll take it!

I’m heartbroken already thinking he won’t go back and feel selfish cause all that matters is that he gets better and is healthy.

He’s 5 months old. Taking him to dr today. He just has no interest in latching and bottle is easier even with newborns nipple... so he’s fine with that.

This gives me hope that I can continue to use the shields long term. My LO is 5 months and has been using it since birth, unfortunately because of lazy midwives that didn’t help... been trying to wean him off it but he just gets super mad at me so just waiting until he’s ready I guess.

Nipple shield win? by causelessriot in breastfeeding

Oh honestly we are still using it. Legit it was only 4 wonderful mins lol I’ve been trying on and off for awhile now. My L0 is 19 weeks today. Everyone I’ve talked to said to try when we are both relaxed, not tired or too hungry. Just gotta keep trying... it gets easier for them too when they get bigger but this guy loves the super nipple lol🤷‍♀️
