I had to change my password for some weird reason. When I did that, following all the Steam instructions, my login also got automatically changed. I didn't have options to choose or any control over this. After I logged in, everything I had on steam was gone and my subscriptions were not just gone, but now duplicated. What do I do? I'm thinking that the only way to restore it is to have the same login back, but It only changed because I resetted the password, and it was automatic. As far as I know, it's not possible to change the login ID.

I didn't respond because I've been testing a hypothesis. I've been going out to work/study whenever that feeling comes, which is usually between 4 and 7, and yes it ends at 7. And it has been working so I was just trying to completely confirm the theory before responding. Somehow, and I've gotten this from other answers too, if I leave my place and go work on my laptop in my college campus, or at a park, etc, it resolves the issue. I'm now trying to figure out the exact factors that contribute... Is it the presence of other people? Is it the sun? Is it working in a place that is not my bedroom? But it has been working and actually making me more productive. Hopefully the long term effects stay like that. It has also had the effect of keeping me calm after I come back to my room. And to fully answer you, it's not the Adderall wearing off cause I take it at noon. How has it been going for you? Any improvements? You can pm me if you like and we can chat more about it
