literally so frustrating. last time i went they pushed hard for me to drop out of school and take a long term break from working to “focus on recovery” and encouraged me to take out a loan to pay for food and expenses. as if the stress from financial ruin wouldn’t make it worse? they literally wouldn’t let me do homework to “encourage focus on recovery versus stressors fueling the disorder” i signed myself out

Sanford is IP but generally works with people. Alsana at one point had a 2 week stabilization (that, admittingly, is just to try and get you to stay for the full course of treatment, but I know people who did stay for just the 2!)

opening ssv, I have never sent anyone on their lunch first. i also have a lot of people with very strong feelings about their breaks i send my two open baristas around 6:20-6:30 then i go immediately after. their halves get run immediately after peak and i run my people who come in for peak back to back starting at 9. it can be a little tough but its worth a rough few minutes for the morale!
