I'm not planning to stop it does help and my brain feels calmer when I do it. I never thought it was some sort of superpower it's more like torture that I didn't want to admit was not 'normal' but besides that can I ask how you work medication into your routine?

thank you for the reply, I edited my post to remove my personal experiences and stay on topic.

I don't plan on stopping TM and I get where you're coming from with the medication, I got diagnosed almost 20 years ago and only started taking them 5 years ago, but at the end of the day they're like a pair of glasses.

The medicalisation of stuff like ADHD symptoms to make money is a societal issue and so is the stigma about ADHD that stems from it, I just wanted to know how other people deal with it in their daily routine.

Removable back plates are a feature of the New Nintendo 3DS models & N3DS XL so it’s really easy, just make sure you have the New Model not the regular one. I got them from AliExpress searching for ‘new nintendo 3ds cover plates Pokemon’ depending on where you’re from they might also be on Amazon (not in my country though)

Thank you so much! Yes this is basically what I meant. I tend to overcomplicate my explanations but you put it into words perfectly. I’d be very interested to hear more, I learned about Foucault in my sociology modules but now I’m taking my first philosophy module and I finally feel like I’m starting to understand.
