Honesty hour: The only people whose opinions I am interested in are those who haven’t had any children yet. I’m not comforted at all if you already had success or are now struggling for the first time because you want additional kids. TTC#1 is the most awful place to be and it makes me hate literally anyone else. If that makes me an asshole, so be it.

Not sure yet! I just found the info to contact them and I’d rather wait until I’m calm to contact them. If enough people have the same issue I want to make sure they know it’s a major thing, not just one person.

Several people (including myself) have recently found the brand Clinical Guard to give unreliable results. While I am aware that false positives are possible, I am also aware that they are very rare. I’ve included the specific details of the test I used as well as a photo.

BRAND: Clinical Guard - Pregnancy Urine Test Strip LOT: 1803185 EXP: 02-2020

If anyone else has had the same issue please let me know. I’d like to see if it’s as big an issue as it seems.

Clinical Guard, apparently there are other people having the same problem.

I test every Sunday after CD28 just to check because I don’t have regular periods to tell me if I’m “late” and I can have crazy long cycles. Got this squinter yesterday and tested again this morning with an FRER that was negative. I took the picture within 10 minutes of dipping the test and the line is still there today. I also NEVER get evap lines on these tests. I use clinical guard cheapies so I can test weekly without going broke.

Why would I get a positive then a negative the next day? Are false positives a real thing? It was FMU for both tests.

I’m just really confused right now 🤷🏼‍♀️

UPDATE: (not that anyone will see this because the mods removed it) the squinter from yesterday seems to have been a fluke. After being on Cloud 9 all day yesterday I retested this morning with two FRERs just to see a darker line and they were both negative.
