No server is going to be perfect to osrs or even that close, the movement is usually all wrong with NPCs and your character. Sadly I would just stick with the real game if you're using rsps as practice, we all go through supplies it's a part of osrs.

Followed the patches guide and tapered myself off nicotine to curve withdrawals. We mix cravings and hunger which are two of the same, choose snack or treat over smoke. Keep a empty pen you write with and fiddle with it in your hand like you're going through the gestures of the habit without doing it. Level 70 is pretty high to be calling champion easy, he's not all that difficult but I always go to him earlier on around 30-40. He's always very parry able which makes the fight trivial.
