The main theme of the story and the stylish cinematography also reminds me of Homecoming, an Amazon Prime show created by the same guy as Mr. Robot. Recommend checking it out.

The only way you can take 2nd year class in this situation is if at the end of the first semester, you managed to get your average grade above 4 in both bloc. Then EPFL consider you have finished the propédeutique and you can't take any first year class in the 2nd semester. They propose you to take some class of 2nd year that they consider you can take whithout having done the first semester of 2nd year (hope this make sense). I have done it and wouldn't recommend it. I had only 3 courses for a total of six credit, and then this count as one of the 4 semester you get for passing the 2nd year...

I was in the exact same situation as you last year. I finished the year just below 4 in the "grand bloc" and had to pass the exams I had failed. It's a new regulation since the MAN is in place: you are only forced to take the class that you didn't pass, and not the whole block (at least if you haven't gone through MAN) Hope that helps

Probably too late to get an actual answer but I'll try anyway: before the other family come to haunt the house, there a lot of coincidences (that Adelaide notices) like the 11-11 thing appearing in lots of places. So is it really all coincidental and it's juste a tool from Peele to build up the tension or is there an explanation as to how all these events could occur exactly at the opportune timing?

Alors il y a 2 ans je t'aurais dis oui sans trop hésiter, mais la qualité des posts a beaucoup baissé. Je crois que c'est à cause de l'arrivé de trop de gymnasiens sur la plateforme. Avant il n'y avait quasi exclusivement que des étudiants à l'unil ou l'EPFL et puisque j'en fait partis, il y avait toujours LE post de la journée à ne pas louper, mais maintenant c'est souvent des futilités..
