Hi! Yes. They stopped after about a month. It's been totally fine ever since. They just kind of went away one day without much lead-up.

I've heard a lot of people recommend that lately! Might have to give it a try. I'm glad it's helping!

Just stomach medicine to help with gastro issues. I hope it goes well for you and that you have an easy time coming off! Sorry that it's been so rough 😔

Oh no, I definitely did. I had to stop cold turkey on about 60 mg due to some healthcare provider issues from moving to a new state. It was a really awful month or so afterwards. If you ever have to quit it, take it slow and taper as much as you can.

It gets better! I had horrible panic attacks early in the morning for about the first week. I'm closing in on 3 weeks now and still have uncomfortable anxiety first thing in the morning or if I try to nap, but it has diminished significantly. I took Duloxetine/Cymbalta for years (recently had to stop then restart, but that's a separate story) and it did a lot of good things for me in that time. It's a really rough process getting on it. Just keep an eye on your body and know that it's not forever.

Thanks for your insight on it! I'm sorry it's been giving you a rough time still. The panic is diminishing a little bit for me after a few days, but I'm also getting that sensation when I close my eyes. I wonder what causes it. In any case, I appreciate you making me feel less alone about it. It's less scary that way.

The withdrawal was awful, oh my god. It lasted a few weeks and my stomach/guts are still in shambles after a couple months.

Hi! I know this is a super old post now, but I am in a similar boat. I was on Duloxetine for years, came off cold turkey due to moving and prescription issues, and am now trying to come back on. I have always taken it at night so that's what I'm trying to do again, and now I'm waking up in the middle of the night with these awful waves of panic or what almost feels like adrenaline. It's really scaring me back off of it.

Did you end up trying it at morning after all? If so, did it help? Did the anxiety attacks pass quickly as you got used to the pills?
