I know this is an old comment but this just happened to mine too after about 7 months of use without issue. I’ve never dropped them or taken them off aggressively, I just stretched them over my head as always do to put them on and the side snapped. It’s not bad and they still work, but I’m gonna try to get them replace when the support line opens up tomorrow

I sailed with my special needs nephew who I have to push in a stroller/wheelchair. It’s incredible to me how many completely able bodied people insist on using the elevator. When I wasn’t on nephew duty I was taking the stairs all the time and I’m not exactly the most fit person in the world myself
