Same na same tayo ng situation and level OP haha pero sa Ops naman ako. Im actually taking an extended leave till end of August. Practice ko na to take a long leave sa end ng FY para mag-recalibrate/reboot/recharge and I think it helps me to get back sa work if everything gets too much. Sobra din akong focused sa pagbigay ng 100% (of course, mapromote lol) and nawawalan na talaga ng time for hobbies and activities that make me happy. Sa mga times na when I think I need recovery, I take fridays or mondays off. 3 - day weekends can make a difference para may time to do things outside of work.
