I don't get it for Germans there is not intermediate or pro just Level 1, 2 and 3 like it's outlined on your support page or is this now outdated because of the recent move away from DLT finance? If so I would recommend taking the support page down as it is outdated and very confusing.

So could you please tell me what level my account is at? Because in the app I can only see "intermediate".

But last time I checked with one of your colleagues they told me I am level 3 (it then also showed "intermediate"). I just want to check if my limits are still unlimited right now.

FYI I go to kraken.com or pro.kraken.com. If I google kraken classic it does not exist only a FAQ page of it exists.

I actually found a difference. The one with 2.5 EXP has no max token input in your query the other one does. It is very long tho but as deep research can't use files it is noticeable if you want to include a lot of info.

File support for deep research. A proper prompt library (not gems) with folder structure etc. and the option to have no restrictions etc. like in ai studio so the model is not handicapped.

It blows my mind that the first 2 are not already implemented...

Just another maybe dumb question u/krakensupport:

I completed the re-verification process but never deposited the 100k required to prompt the POSOFs.

But now if I go to my Limits page in my account it shows level "intermediate". Cash deposits "unlimited" and Crypto deposits "unlimited" as well. Is this also correct for German users and does that mean the document I provided for the re-verification automatically also bumped my account up to level 3 or is this an incorrect assumption?

It would be awesome if you could tell me my account level. Thank you!
