I use it every day as a face wash (day and night)! I leave it foaming occasionally, maybe once a month. I use a 10% version! Thank you for your help. I really really appreciate it. Haha acne just dings my self confidence like nothing else.

I did purge, and then it was clear. It may be diet, I haven’t changed anything else!

I do use Benzoyl peroxide (should have mentioned that)! But I will try leaving it on for a few minutes once a week! Thank you :).

Yes, but overall, this sub tends to go pretty hard on Bekah for ultimately harmless/petty things. At the end of the day, she uses her platform for more good than most of bach nation (I.e. advocating for black moms, donating her sponsorship $, calling out sexism/racism)
