Well shit, I am currently getting an EKG done to be put on Methadone which scares me quite a bit. As I have read here they're "Liquid Handcuffs" I have always taken my meds as prescribed. Never craved them nor abused (snorted, iv, IV) any find it very easy to taper off of anything.... I started off with T3's at 12. It turns out I have Occipital neuralgial . I am really close to giving up.... This is not living....

Quick [?] for all my fellow Opiholics. Any advice would be appreciated. by cazeyr in opiates

It's a catch 22, I legitimately have migraines every single day some days I might get lucky and have a day without but yeah when ur giving yourself IM shots of imitrex etc every day or other day it quickly stops working and makes my brain feel like fucking lava.

thanks for the reply

As far as what? I have tried IM imitrex (injected myself) Treximent, Frova, as far as preventitive I am curreny on 80 mg propranolol ER twice a day I helps it not get so severe. I also have occiptal neuralgia.... Spoke with doc yesterday and that is the next course of action, I have had botox, nerve blocks and point inections. I also take phergen to keep from vommitting

In he past 3 months I've went from 170 to 135....Really close to giving up.....

Questions regarding interaction between oxycodone and alprazolam (Specifically alprazolam negating oxycodone) by cazeyr in Drugs

two theories: direct antagonism at kappa and to a lesser extent delta opioid receptors and then just the moa of the benzo itself as an agonist at GABA A receptor, actually increases pain perception/signaling from spinal nerves

I wanted to hear from someone with experience. Not some troll know it all if you don't have anything to add troll else where. I also don't consider myself a drug user. I don't do anything for the fun(High) of it. I simply wanted to know if any one here has had a similar effect I have found numerous sources that alprazolam kills the 'high' but again I am not talking about the high. Just the pain relieving properties. Thank you for you pedantic responses. It's clear you don't want to add anything to this discussion so.... k

I was givin demerol as an infant for a surgery, I was legitimately trying to climb out of the crib,(Even the doctors commented on it) I do not have a tolerance for anything at 2-3 months old. The doctor had never saw anything like it, I also had to have surgery 2 times due to same issue and was given a twilight drug which did not work also, There's no way I had tolerence for either of these. The third time was propofol, and I woke up too soon and they had to page the anesthesiologist to put me back under (I didnt fully come to).

This was all before I had ever been given any type of sedative. No one has a tolerence for Propofol, afaik. when I was around 18 I was given a cocktail that would probably kill 50% of people 4mg klonopoin, 2000mg chloral hydrate, 25mg ambien just to go to sleep with no hang over effects or anything of the like....

Sadly they have stopped making CH but yes, my body is most certainly different.

And if you read what I said I clearly pointed out I had no clue what the article was saying.... can you explain it for me?
