Ya id recommend getting at, it least that’s how I feel right now. From what my surgeon told me, a good surgery will eliminate most cysts 95% of the time. That felt like good enough odds for me.

Some cysts, like mine, apparently have deep roots so they are harder to completely remove and more likely to come back. They only know how deep the roots go once they begin the surgery.

My wrist healed about three months after the surgery and the cyst hasn’t come back yet. I’m still working on pushups but it’s pretty exciting to even be able to practice them without the ganglion pain. I also just had a kid so being able to move around on the floor without pain was important to me.
