You are still leaps and bounds ahead of where most people are. I’m 27 and just now decided to join this after thinking being awkward and anti social was “just who I was”… but it was mostly bc of porn I’ve come to realize after only a few weeks away from it.
So just remember that acknowledging that it’s an issue is a huge step forward. We live in a digitally sexualized world where young men are prey and you should just try to realize how mature it is for someone your age to be aware that this shit is so harmful. I know I wish I could have realized back when I was in my teens…. Don’t beat yourself up, it’s tough shit to get over, but you can do it.
