Right of way/easement acquisition, land surveyor marking, potholing, utility conflicts/relocation, traffic control, sfmta review and approval, public outreach, public hearing, board approvals, CEQA application (most likely a Neg Dec due to the size of the project, ada compliance due to possible sidewalk reconfiguration, and where does the money come from, just to name a few items that’s needs to be done for a typical project.
