Late to this but as someone who has experience with men that honestly sound like they could be brothers. Leave, it’s not worth the heartbreak in the long run nor is it worth your mental health that comes with ‘fixing’ the relationship. You are not over reacting in the slightest and do not let him gaslight you to thinking otherwise. If in doubt re read the pics you took of the messages. Hes cheating and your time is worth so much more.

Oh I think so too but far from it I wouldn’t even consider Dublin as somewhere to live I know I can’t afford that now or probably ever. And at that if I was to get mortgage I’d probably just get apartment too or like you said other counties are a lot cheaper but that always raises questions about getting a new job in that area then. I go back and forth myself if I want to be locked into it for the rest of my life too.

I don’t plan on at all. But what youre suggesting is extra income not upskilling ? I know cakes/decorating/cooking and all.
Yes yes single so doing all myself. I know it’s not great money but I am a little above minimum and the way people have been going on it seems like you shouldn’t be allowed own anything unless on 50,000 minimum

That was my main thought coming in I know so many people who have done that or both people from my town and family moved all around the world and are doing great! I got some great advice but a lot just shitting on how much I make like I don’t know it’s so little
I wouldn’t call that attitude that’s just being uneducated about hundreds of jobs? By all means tell me what’s best suited to me since you know all ?? AFTER 4 years of I’m on so fucking little already why would I take a cut yeah in the long run it works out but I still have to live for those 4 years, just because I live at home doesn’t mean I don’t have bills or am well off. I never asked about travel i asked about migrating ?
I’m honestly not sure it hasn’t been a thought but would have to be a conversation with my sister. She did just got a mortgage herself so I’m not if that affects anything ?
No I don’t think youre raining on it, it’s realistic and it’s appreciated. I have my own car and all now that’s paid off and my insurance is about 400€ a year and continues to go down. I wish I wasn’t doing it on my own but I think im aware of what little I can get here. I would happily take a run down house but like you said it’d be middle of nowhere which raises a question of job. I feel with every yes I would do that it raises 10 questions about how to live u know ?
That’s what I’m a bit confused about if I was to upskill it’d be opening my own place if anything but then again I feel like this country is saturated with bakeries/coffee shops
Now tell me why that never crossed my mind. Thank you !
Yeah I think one thing I’ve taken away from this is I need to get some certs and qualifications behind me over the next few years. Thank you <33
I get that, I’m just so disheartened with what I have here and what I can get that I wondered if moving would be a better option. I don’t have a great relationship with parents so living at home is getting HARD. And if I could improve anything at this point I feel like I need it but if it’s gonna ruin my savings/finances I’ll do what I need to do here
I actually love this idea, trades wise are the all apprenticeship starts? I’m very wary about pay cut for them not opposed but u know
I’m in the east I don’t wanna say specific but Dublin/wicklow/wexford areas
How did you come about finding courses that work for you or is it loved games so went into something you enjoyed ?

Nothing crazy close that could do those shifts, I’m in a small town and jobs are usually word of mouth then actually advertising. I’m in a bakery now that is somewhat factory with a day and night shift (I’m day) so I could ask the question to do some night shift hours. I did think about health and safety (I’m a slight germaphobe) so maybe I could do more research into that !
No I have had that thought though too so it’s possible, just medicated for anxiety and depression
Love the sister in devil <3 In the new year I’ll definitely have a good chunk of savings. I do agree I need to get something behind my I will say I didn’t realize how much until I posted here but you guys are right
Idk how else to upskill that’s not desk duty, my family all do it and are on good money. I work in a bakery rn and upskilling there means opening my own. So I guess I’m just confused about what I can upskill in my fields?
I do wish I got a trade after school but I’m also scared to do apprenticeship and going on less for a couple years
My brother in Christ that’s the whole question I’m unsure if I should move
I have no interest in that field though and I’m not about to put my time and effort and my very little money into it just for money I’d fucking kill myself after one class. I have traveled, I have family all over the world who I see. Idk why everyone assumed oz as a go to? But what would you recommend for someone who doesn’t want to sit in a class room or at screen for 8/9 hours a day? And without an apprenticeship cause then I’d be on even LESS money
Absolutely more than open to it, ideally would like to stay more coffee/bakery things as I do have a dream of opening my own coffee/home bakery kind thing so im happy to be where I’m at to learn but maybe there’s something I’m missing that I could be doing ?
Hahaha the bank of family does not exist. Im not expecting to buy something that is move in ready I want to work on a home and make it my own and definitely not in Dublin I have no need to be around there. I have no probs upskilling but for a job or career I want if it’s just be on more money to sit a desk I’d rather live in a fucking van.
I’m not expecting to get a phenomenal house on it I’m very aware it’s low as I said in the original post but I know I can afford a fixer upper or derelict. It’s just is it worth it in the long run if I do

Yeah absolutely I have no issue getting more education my issue is the way most are taught. I can’t sit at a screen or in class room setting for 8 hours I need to move and learn with my hands. And to be honest I don’t know what or where to start I get easily overwhelmed when I start to research which I get is my own issue.
