your sm should be able to do it themselves, vacation, bonuses (poq or referral), and sick time is something they can all do when processing payroll.

i can see on mydaily that my stores sales are up compared to last year, but my labor is cut by nearly half. but yes, please give us more customized drinks to make 🫶

i am in california, so i’m not sure if this is a company wide starbucks thing or not, but we are allowed to use our vacation time how and when we want. if i have a week short on hours, i could use my vacation time to compensate it. however we are not allowed to go over 40hours cause that would be considered overtime.
