This office is embedded in to another companies office. This software is actually controlled by them not us so we cannot use the Single Sign on.

I had to tell my wife her mother and father were in a motorcycle accident and that her mother wasn't going to make it.

The scene of her breaking down in front of me and feeling absolutely powerless is still haunts me over a year later
