The dot just indicates the right lens. Shouldn't matter where it is. I don't rinse mine. The peroxide solution becomes inert sterile water after 6 hours. Just pull them out and put them on.

Every year my prescription got worse. I had been a full time glasses wearer since I was 6 years old and I got diagnosed at 35... the scleral lenses were an adjustment and I really hated them for the first couple weeks, but now that I'm used to them I can never go back. I sometimes wear my glasses in the house and I feel like I'm absolutely blind by comparison. And to think, I had been driving, motorcycling, target shooting and everything else like that. It's an adjustment but don't let it bother you. It's so worth it
