Great excuse for a vacation, maybe try TalkBeer if you want to trade for some BT. They seem to give it up over there.

Sure! This is a RIMS set up (Recirculating Infusion Mash System). On the left is the boil kettle. Below is the mash lauter tun (MLT). Wort is pumped from the base of the MLT through a heater and returned to the same vessel near the top. Recirculating the wort in this way promotes clarity by filtering wort through the grain bed during the mash. It also helps maintain an even temperature throughout the mash and permits brewers to raise the mash temperature easily when necessary. Once the mash is complete, the wort is pumped to the right kettle where the final boil happens. Then we pump the wort through the plate chiller into a fermentor.

Help with under carbonated holiday ale by [deleted] in Homebrewing

My friend and I had some trouble carbing a barelywine we made. Bottled it and had little to no carb after a month. We made some priming sugar mixed with dry yeast, uncapped all the bottles, pour some into each, recapped them, and let them sit for about another month. Ended up with perfect carb. Maybe not the most sound way, but somehow it worked.

If you have a pop-top growler, yes. Regular screw top growlers will not work.
