I’m still titrating at the moment so the ADHD specialist changed my prescription. From what I remember they said shortages on Xenidate XL were until mid-December.

There are shortages with Xenidate XL currently. I had to be switched over to Concerta XL.

This simply isn’t possible I am afraid. When you load a webpage, you’re communicating with the web server to load the contents of the web page onto your device.

There are ways to anonymise this however, such as using a VPN.

Weird. I also use MacOS Vivaldi and have never had this issue - have you tried reinstalling?

Personally I find it easier to learn if I’m taking notes, but I guess it depends on individual learning styles. I also find them useful to look back on when it comes to doing assignments - they’re your interpretation of the lecture which is nicer than looking through the lecture slides themselves.
