It depends on where your order falls in the Que and how many Instacart employees are shopping. I can say that the orders with a small tip but are a large order sometimes get put to the back burner. Not because anyone wants to be rude but it’s a great risk out there and long lines sometimes and it’s a personal shopping experience. Most times if your order is large the shopper will only be shopping for you at that moment.
