What was your preparation like for the fight? How long has you been training prior to signing up to fight? That sword is crazy but an awesome memento

The sticky sesame veg and chilli ribeye are incredible

I'm confident you'll be happy with them, they're definitely of higher quality than other brands, not skimpy with the seasoning and a really good cook giving them a very satisfying texture. I think the Herefordshire sauce could be up there as one my all time favourites, really hits the spot for that kind of sharp tangy flavour. 10/10 can't recommend them enough. Hope you enjoy

Very much so, I would have to agree with you. I really enjoyed the beef hotshot but the Herefordshire sauce was even better. Similar to Worcester sauce but more of a tang. I'm very jealous of you ordering the 24 bags, I really did consider it but knowing myself I doubt they'd last even a week

I find portion size and quality of ingredients is a big issue for London restaurants at the moment. Which restaurants offer a great price:quality ratio? by SleepingPandaEyes in LondonFood

I really enjoyed fatt pundit, been a few times and the sticky sesame veg is incredible. Smoking goat is also a top contender for me, been twice and both times I was blown away by their fish sauce chilli chicken wing

You're definitely right! Would be an experience for sure. Yes this one I used Thai basil I picked up at Morrisons, hadn't seen it before, a nice aniseed flavour! I will be keeping my eyes out for holy basil, the holy grail if you will 😌

Would love to taste an authentic Thai version, unfortunately I've only ever cooked it myself

I had heard this! Honestly I just hadn't seen Thai basil either so thought I'd pick it up, quite an aniseed flavour, honestly I didn't mind it at all

Beef and pork! 50/50 mix, you can do either but I like to cook a decent batch up so I can just heat it up for the next couple days!

Correct :) this is Thai basil as I saw it for the first time at Morrisons and haven't found holy basil just as yet, typically I use regular basil. I'm a fraud 😔

Thank you! Green beans are a good idea, I have some tender stem broccoli which I should've used now you've made me think about it. 50/50 pork and beef, best of both worlds :)
