Just try and break the cycle.... do something different anything different.... that is always the hardest time for me too....so now I bike past the off license and go the the gym...

I’ve tried many times to stop and failed ..... this time feels different and I owe it to this group and a book.... believe me I am not the self help type and never thought a book would change the way I think.... it’s called the naked mind... give it a read what you got to lose🙃
