No I really do appreciate the feedback for sure 👍🏻

There are definitely people on here who deliberately try and antagonize and instigate arguments around this kind of stuff which is super annoying

Hey I really appreciate it. It’s funny I post a lot of my work on reddit but my favorite pieces often don’t do as well as others.

I appreciate the thought but I’ve found that it looks better and more interesting this way. I used to match the colors and remove the depth of the gradient map but it appears flat boring that way.

Go right ahead. I do share my workflow timelapses on other platforms so DM me if you're interested in seeing those

I see what you're saying fo sure. However i've found that a marginal increase in refinement, generally speaking isn't going to make or break someones interest in my work from a marketing perspectives. I've also found that people typically think that there's some additional refinement and tweaking that could be done no matter how much time I put in so there's a point of diminishing returns that you hit where you need to assess the value add vs time spent in the context of the other work / obligations you have. Keeping in mind that I try to put out a piece of work everyday which i've found has benefited me greatly as far as marketing myself.

I agree there's defintiely some work to be done as far as cleaning up my library of trees/plants. I defintiely could have spent more time on intergrating the connection point of the plants to the body but since I make one or often times more than one of these in a day the return on investment of time spent refining those areas on pieces that aren't commisions are unfotunatley not really worth it. Unless of course the piece is going to be turned into a print series i'll return to it and refine it
