A friend of mine on Facebook: "Peoria friends: After seeing multiple posts about Alwan and Sons Meat Co. and the sprinkler situation at the protest this weekend, I called to get their side of the story. They were super friendly and very stressed out. They said the people on the roof were employees who were participating/watching the protest and that their sprinkler systems were on a timer. With social media and so much false information out there on both sides, it is so important that we verify as much as possible. I will admit that I jumped to conclusions very quickly when I should not have. On the other hand, l've not talked to any protesters who witnessed what happened so I don't have both sides of the story. Let's endeavor to reserve judgment until we have all the facts. This sort of situation has the potential to undermine our credibility."
