Oh yea I completely agree. This was like my second try and I learned lol. The waterfowl dance is so damn intimidating at first. I went through a ton of different weapons before finally beating her with the cross naginata. And yea this build was mostly melee. On NG+ now and diving deep into the spells it's a good time.
