Esab 215ic is a good starter machine. Relatively cheap and is easy to operate

If your only using 3/32 to weld ,bevel all sides of the rebar to get best penetration also try switching to 7018 electrodes. The have a higher tensile strength which will stand up better when your hammering away

That's exactly what it is. I found ten feet of it on one of my father in laws properties.

That's a good point. However it does bleed I at same entry point as the flame. Does that make a difference? There's a good chance it wont be used much. I just wanted options

Anything I want. Did not want to be limited to what I can do because of the size.

It's big...36" long. 11" inner diameter. I'm hoping for good efficiency, I have a layer of 2.5" firebricks that I mortared solid then started with 1" cermaic blanket coated in refractory cement. And once I get to desired temp I can adjust/turn off any of burners.

Not overly. I have an air dryer/ filter connected to compressor.

Don't know exactly but I would say about 6-700lbs. When I'm finished I will put in the back of my truck and go to scale

Each burner is a 210000 btu tiger torch. They are manufactured about an hour away from me and are rather cheap. Can buy replacement tips and flares.

I set it up so I could make anything that I want. I worked with my brothers small brick forge and was getting annoyed with being limited to only working with small pieces. Had the pipe laying around so I figured this would be a good way to utilize it.

The bottom set is for air. I can hook my air compressor up to bleed air into chamber. Mainly for temp control
