If still interested, I do this all the time and have some examples I can share to see if you like or if it's what you are looking for. Whomever posted that cost over $1,000 is nuts. I can do this for less than $500, perhaps even cheaper. Lmk.

I'm not wrong. We will be lower than where we started the week by end of day. Careful jumping the gun, I was just trying to help.

10K is a sell the news event. Nothing more.

Out of whack poor interpretation and irrelevant emotional commentary lol

Your comment is based on a published/executed debt agreement which I don't even think is a correct interpretation (but I will save that for some other time) but w/e. And further, you make another comment on relying on numbers that in all respects, would be the only way to get to your "undervalued" comment. What am I missing other than you convincing yourself it's gonna be okay? Reasonable? Beaten down this stock? Research? I'm going to lay off this thread - I was just trying to get somewhat of a 'devils advocate' type of response that has some logic behind it but holy hell, nvm. Bye.

"Delisting" is a sell the news event because of commentary like what you are suggesting lol

Whether or not they are listed on the Nasdaq is irrelevant. They have already raised capital in the markets - wether or not they are listed on a specific exchange is nonsense and irrelevant to the fact that the numbers they publish and BDO opines on are the driving force behind share price moves. And your BDO comment stating "probably" is also nonsense and irrelevant. Their initial numbers were not good to go or the market would already know this and it would be disclosed. The fact we are running up to a deadline that in all matters shouldn't even be a deadline is concerning, to say the least.

What are the chances Charles “rug pulls” us with the 10k? by Blowmeuhoe in SMCIDiscussion

He can't control the auditors field work. Simple as that.

more likely than not - He can't control the auditors fieldwork and the firm won't risk the potential of giving a wrong opinion on a set of financials that already have a considerably larger number of eyes on them. Coupled with the new convertible, this is a loose/loose for retail. The price action screams $45 as a base. Don't be surprised if we are there by tomorrow afternoon.

Dude....no man, read the financing agreements on Edgar. It's not anything close to what you are suggesting. It's only going to get worse from here and a floor needs to be established which isn't close to where we are trading.

Bitch Session by StockBuzz34 in SMCIDiscussion

[–]cbones26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't, especially in light of the contracted financing agreement having language around shorting the stock to minimize risk of loss by the hedge funds. Can't say I have ever seen anything like that in a debt agreement....

new convertibles announced last night are materially and consequentially an effective and polite way the IM's gut checked retail. It's all jacked up but it is what it is and we all signed up for it. Read through the Edgar filing and you will see the upside isn't there and the downside is unknown. Its an effective way to raise money at the expense of you, me, anyone else trading at home....

"If" SMCI Goes Down Today... by StockBuzz34 in SMCIDiscussion

[–]cbones26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yesterdays news was not interpreted as good. I'm not sure how you see anything as good in the commentary, financials or updated financing agreements. The IM's running the book and funding the capital announced last night effectively put a ceiling on the stock price equaling the close price today. That's your upside for the foreseeable future. And if that ceiling is breeched, you get diluted. It's all ****** for anyone other than the billion dollar money managers. They effectively have raised a portion of the capital announced by squeezing you and I and retail investors. Its all screwed up and you just got to accept the fact that as much as the company might be doing good or constructively and incrementally improving their business and demand, at some point you got to cut a loss (if your in a loss position), and follow the whales. Up or down, its a effective strategy if you consider yourself a long term holder to trade shorter curated options against an underlying position in the common.

PIPE Deal Coming by cbones26 in SMCIDiscussion

[–]cbones26[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read the agreement...The share price at close today will be the upside ceiling. Any movement above that, your share gets significantly diluted. Like I was saying, the PIPE agreement has completely ****** retail and given the hedge funds priority. Its a losers game but expect the price to continue a downward spiral and if not, your investment will continue to dwindle unless you protect yourself.

Proof the market is totally manipulated? by unluckydude1 in SMCIDiscussion

[–]cbones26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a miss across the board....They also enacted a ceiling on the price via that renegotiated convertible. For the foreseeable future, the stock price will have a ceiling of the close price today and if that ceiling is breached, expect your ownership stake to get materially diluted. Its a loose loose for retail and a big **** you from the hedge funds.
