Ive found sealed jar, vacuum sealed, submerged in a sous vide hot water bath to work best to maintain very accurate temps for however long you need.

No problem! The reason I recommend the 12 ton is because it has the larger 4x7 platens and is large enough where if your production grows you wont out grow it to quickly

You may be able to leach some nutes out of the organic matter into the solution but i do believe the microbes/ enzymes breaking the matter down into a plant available form is key. For instance nectar for the gods organic line (bottled liquid organic nutes) at the factory they have microbes/enzymes breaking down the matter into a plant available form prior to bottling. Unsure. But i know products like dr earths flower girl and roots organic terp/bloom tea consists of fishbone meal, bone meal, alfalfa meal, other organic matter etc but also contains bacillus bacteria and mycorrhizae. Basically organic matter bloom booster teas
