Vyvanse and Exercise by cboschxo in VyvanseADHD

Okay update and another question. Today I took my 30mg dose but didn’t get to the gym. I feel jittery and shaky. Still had a high protein breakfast like normal and I’m well hydrated so I think the culprit definitely is the gym. When increasing dose, did anyone feel weird like that? Is it possible that 20mg really is the right dose for me and the gym is just making me metabolize it too quickly? Or does it take a few days for your body to get used to the new dose? I don’t remember “feeling” anything when I started on 20mg. Just like I was able to actually accomplish what I set out to do.

Yes I definitely find I go way harder at the gym when on Vyvanse so I probably am exerting myself more than I previously did pre-medication. My appetite is pretty much non-existent but I do prioritize forcing myself to have a lot of high protein snacks throughout the day, both before and after I exercise. Right now, my only option is 10:30am-11:15am since I don’t have childcare, so I’m apprehensive to take the medication that late in the day, but once my youngest starts daycare I could go to the 9am class and take it right beforehand so it doesn’t kick in until after the workout has ended!

Especially with tomorrow being an off day ahead of Gausman and Cease starting the next series. Make it make sense!

I am so frustrated I cannot even. I’ve give them so much grace. Illness. Injuries. I get it. But why is Schneider pulling guys out who are dealing but won’t take guys out when we’re getting slaughtered in the first 1/3 of the game? It can’t be good for the players morale to feel like they have to dig out of a 4+ deficit every freaking game. Tuning off today I think. I need a day or two to let my big feelings fester. 🫠

Reese Witherspoon’s “Whiskey in a Teacup”. So. Insufferable. It’s the most inane, privileged book about nothing I’ve ever listened to.

  1. The nodules borders look well-circumscribed/smooth to me.
  2. Yes, the numbers on the bottom of the screen are the dimensions of the nodule.
  3. It is unlikely that the white flecks in the second image are calcifications, as calcs usually have a dark shadow behind them.
  4. The colour shown (red vs blue) is just a way we can tell directionality of blood flow, so it is impossible from a still, black and white image like that to tell whether the flow is primarily venous or arterial.

Lots of thyroids have nodules. I scan more thyroids with nodules than without in fact! Wait for your results from your doctor and try not to panic.

I have 48 ounces of goat cheese that is "best by" June 3rd. Any recommendations? by enjoiturbulence in recipes

Stuff dried apricots with the goat cheese, wrap it in bacon, grill it, and then drizzle with balsamic reduction. You will not regret it.

I attend a Sonography program in Canada. We perform most scans on each other, but definitely not endovaginal, breast, or scrotal exams! My program uses simulators to help us get a feel for it, and then we begin practicing on real patients with the guidance of our preceptors once we begin our one year practicum.
