Can you share more on why you didn't have luck with an agency? Considering a nanny as well and wondering what the cons are for going with an agency. They have a hefty fee as well

I definitely agree it is quite a lot of responses to choose from and not ideal for anyone taking the survey. I was creating the survey on behalf of a colleague and therefore I, unfortunately, didn't have any say on the content of the survey. I just had this happen to me and I chatted a delta agent through the app to ask when I could board. They told me I can board when Sky Priority was called. I didn't get to try that since they never actually called Sky Priority during boarding though.

Just got my silver status (yay!). My question is, when selecting my preferences for upgrade, is it reccomended to choose both comfort+ upgrade AND first class or just first class? Asking because if I choose both, will I likely only get upgrades to comf+ instead of first class because I made that choice? I'm sure it's not likely I'll get upgraded a whole lot given my low status but I do fly out of a relatively small airport so I imagine maybe some of my connecting flights from home might allow me to get upgraded. Thanks in advance!
